Dr Lucy Steed is a GP and British Menopause Society (BMS) Registered Menopause Specialist at Define Clinic in Beaconsfield, specializing in menopause care, hormone therapy, and midlife health. Her practice combines evidence-based treatment with a holistic understanding of physical wellbeing, mental health, and the lifestyle factors that influence health during the menopausal transition. 

Dr Steed graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2009 and has built more than 15 years of clinical experience across both the NHS and private sectors. She holds postgraduate qualifications in child health, reproductive health, lifestyle medicine, and advanced menopause management. Her early work in genitourinary medicine and adult psychiatry helped shape her ongoing interest in hormonal health and psychological wellbeing. At Define Clinic, she co-leads the menopause and wellbeing service and helped develop a specialist NHS community menopause program through her local GP federation. She continues to work in urgent care and NHS general practice alongside her specialist roles.
