Dr. Kathleen Behr

Dr. Kathleen Behr is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon and the founder of Behr Laser & Skin Care Center in Fresno, California. A recognized leader in aesthetic dermatology, laser therapy, and Mohs micrographic surgery, she is known for her meticulous technique and natural, refined results. Dr. Behr earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at UCLA, where she served as Chief Resident before pursuing fellowships in Mohs surgery and cosmetic dermatology. She later became an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA, earning the Victor Newcomer Award for excellence in teaching. 

Since opening her private practice in 2003, Dr. Behr has built one of California’s leading aesthetic dermatology centers, combining cutting-edge technology, clinical research, and compassionate care. She is a national trainer, published author, and key opinion leader for major aesthetic companies. Her Fresno-based facility has received Allergan Top 25 and Top 50 distinctions nationally, reflecting her commitment to excellence.
