Dr. Regine J. Mathieu is a board-certified dermatologist at Behr Laser & Skin Care Center in Fresno, California. She specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, dermatologic surgery, skin of color, hair loss, and laser therapy. 

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Orlando, Dr. Mathieu earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Florida, with minors in Business Administration and Dance. She received her medical degree from New York Medical College in 2018, followed by a Pre-Doctoral Clinical Research Fellowship in dermatology at Northwestern University and a dermatology residency at Brown University. 

In 2023, Dr. Mathieu completed her American Society of Dermatologic Surgery-accredited Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship under the direction of Dr. Kathleen Behr. Her advanced fellowship training provided focused, one-on-one experience in aesthetic and procedural dermatology. 

Dr. Mathieu is known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach and her dedication to excellence across all aspects of skin health.
